This one came from an unexpected source: Our neighbourhood watch representative, who sent an email with a link to some jobs. We took a look out of interest and was delighted to find:

Salary information in detail.

Working location outlined (one day a week in the office).

Both roles were part-time.

Their core hours were divided up in the day to allow for school/care runs, etc.
